Here’s a fun after-dinner conversation between Oscar & me.
“Momma, can I have ice cream for dessert tonight?”
Me, quickly taking inventory of the day’s food, “No ice cream, but you can have some honey cheerios instead.”
“Can I have my honey cheerios with honey on them?”
“Yes, Oscar, the honey cheerios already have honey on them.”
“No, I want my honey cheerios with honey and syrup and the chocolate syrup, too.”
And then I said “Sure”, Haha!

Have you seen Elf? Oscar’s dessert reminds me of Will Farrell pouring syrup on spaghetti and talking about the four major food groups.
